We’re Leigh and Madison, the founders of MomExec. We’re long-time friends, and 30-something executives living in Ontario, Canada. Between us we have 5 children, ranging in age from 1-11.

Balancing motherhood and demanding careers has been more challenging than we could have ever dreamed. Climbing the executive ladder as a millennial while trying to raise tiny humans hasn’t been a uniting experience for either of us. Our peers are usually older, and have faced very different generational challenges. This void left us searching for resources that help us thrive- not just survive.

MomExec aims to offer relatable content, tips and tricks, and encouragement on those days when things seem impossible.
